The virtual retreat begins on Monday, May 11th.  

Each session is designed to fit easily into your busy schedule while providing the maximum value of self-care and “you-time”.  These sessions are designed to give you a sense of joyful escape while working within your busy reality.  

Each day, Monday through Thursday, one of the expert coaches will lead you in a 30-minute retreat session.  If you are unable to attend any of the virtual retreat sessions live, you will be emailed a recording of the session to watch and participate in at your convenience.  

On Friday, we will conclude the week-long retreat with a virtual “happy hour” where we will celebrate where we’ve gone and what we’ve accomplished over our week together.

Toranika Washington CMA, RSME, MFA, gets excited about sharing the value of physical movement. She uses movement as a source to further liberate the wisdom of the Whole Body by creating a safe space for exploration and self-discovery. Founder of Somatic Soul Food-Movement Consulting, she specializes in designing interactive workshops and coaches’ individual clients to fortune 500 companies. When she’s not working with one of her clients, she’s teaching at the University of Miami & New World School of the Arts College in Miami, Florida.
