Staying Safe, Sane, and Healthy as You Leave Home in The Time of COVID-19.

A workshop for teens/young adults

Like most parents, you have concerns about your young adult leaving home .

You're worried that they aren't ready to navigate the many aspects of staying safe and healthy, including:

Stress and anxiety, which has reached epidemic levels among our teenagers.

Personal safety and sexual assault prevention, which are huge concerns.

COVID-19 has added even more risks including:

Staying connected and avoiding isolation while practicing social distancing

Avoiding falling behind acadmically, socially, and professionally

Remaining well and keeping those around them healthy

Are your kids prepared to keep themselves safe, sane, and healthy?

In the Staying Safe Workshop, we will work directly with your young adult to create a plan to:

manage stress and anxiety

stay safe and feel connected while socially distancing

remain safe and build healthy relationships
